The CIPCOG (Civil Information Assurance Products and Services Co-Ordination Group) Annual Conference will take place on Wednesday 24th & Thursday 25th February 2010, at York Racecourse. The event will look at four specific areas of Information Assurance (IA):
- Information Risk Management
- Professionalisation & Training
- Product Evaluation
- Policies & Standards
The event will include several keynote presentations including CESG and MoD as well as some vendor presentations. There will be ample time for you to view the vendor exhibition area during the refreshment breaks and day two of the agenda includes a “Question Time” when there will be a panel of experts from across Government and Industry to answer your questions.
On the evening of day one delegates are encouraged to attend the conference dinner (free of charge) where there will be an opportunity to meet with the vendors in a more social environment as well as being entertained by Mr Nick Butcher, a senior partner with old-established Norwich Solicitors with 30 years experience on the after-dinner circuit.
